Terms of use for QuickSquad
QuickSquad is provided by Motho Cloud Services, Parkvägen 9, 191 41 Sollentuna, Sweden. By creating an account or using the app you accept the terms below. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
In effect from 9 October 2026.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 years old. You sign in with an email address and password, or with your Google or Apple account, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in to yourself. The details you give must be accurate.
Your content
What you put in the app — squads, people, sessions, plans and attachments — is yours. You give us the right to store and process it as far as needed to provide the service, for example to synchronise it between your devices. If you add information about other people, often children in a team, you are responsible for being allowed to do so and for making sure the people concerned, or their guardians, know about it.
What you may not do
Do not use QuickSquad for anything unlawful, to harm or offend anyone, or for information that is not needed to organise your activity. Do not try to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt the service, or get around its security.
Ads and Ultra
QuickSquad is free and paid for by ads. Some features, Ultra, are unlocked for a limited time when you watch a rewarded ad. Nothing is bought in the app. Which features Ultra includes and how long they last may change.
The service as it is
We work to keep QuickSquad available and working as it should, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Features may change, be added or be removed.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of data. This does not affect the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time under Account → Delete account, and your data is then deleted — see Delete your account. If you break these terms we may suspend your account, after a warning first where that is reasonable.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
App Store and Google Play
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for QuickSquad.
Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If we cannot agree, you as a consumer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or to a general court in Sweden.
